One of the biggest reasons people want to move to Woodland Park and Teller County is the "Small Town Feel" of the area.  Woodland Park has a population of about 8,000 people-- and combined with the rest of Teller County, that number only climbs to 20,000 people.  The fact that we are not living "right-on-top" of each other makes it pretty easy to get to know your neighbors.  You'll see neighbors at the grocery store, at a Woodland Park High School football game, at Church, or in a local restaurant-- just to name a few places.  Being a good neighbor also means frequenting local businesses.  In most cases, you will get far superior service and pay what you would anywhere else.  Why patronize the large corporations when my local partners can provide you with more?  Here's a list of people I do business with:
